In Fall 2023, I brought Shreyas on board to urgently troubleshoot some critical product malfunctions that had surfaced in the field. I discovered him through the MassChallenge network, where he was a mentor, and I was impressed by his prior experience in electronics development, particularly with consulting firms and startups. After I sent him some initial information, we set up an in-person consultation. The preliminary analysis he presented on a whiteboard during that meeting showed his deep knowledge of hardware design and a clear, thorough approach to problem-solving.Following that initial discussion, and with my feedback, Shreyas quickly refined his analysis and identified the root causes of the malfunctions within just a few days.
